Workplace support services

Workplace support services are designed to support individuals whose behaviour is impacting their performance and/or their team’s functioning.

The aim of workplace support is to foster positive behavioural change. It’s a partnership between the employee, employer representative and a consultant to identify the issue, its impact on the workplace, the most appropriate intervention and the desired outcomes.

Issues addressed can range from inappropriate displays of emotion and language, to anger, anxiety, workplace harassment and return to work after trauma.

How it works:
  • Employer representative and employee have a one-hour discussion to agree on goals and outcomes.
  • Employee receives up to six, one-hour consultations with a senior clinical psychologist.
  • Concluding discussion and reports are made available to managers.
Who can benefit?
  • All industries and organisations that require individualised support for employees
