Building resilience

The building resilience program provides the resources and strategies to assist individuals to reduce the effects of stress and pressure in the workplace.

It aims to educate employees on the four pillars of resilience, how to recognise their own stresses and take practical steps to deal with them. The program also covers the barriers in implementing a personal resilience plan.

Stress is a factor that significantly affects wellbeing, productivity and absenteeism; therefore, implementing employee resilience training has numerous benefits for any organisation, regardless of industry or occupation.

How it works:

  • Interactive and engaging three-hour workshop, with up to 20 participants.
  • Workshops consist of individual and group activities delivered by a senior OptumTM consultant.
